Supporting mothers after birth

After leaving the hospital many mothers feel unprepared and overwhelmed. I’m here to make the transition smoother. Hospitals don’t provide the most thorough classes. Covid pushed hospitals to send mothers home sooner after birth. First-time parents wish they were more prepared to care for their new baby. A postpartum doula listens to the mother’s needs and wants. This can help the healing process so parents are at their best when caring for the baby. Sleep and rest are necessary for healing after a long pregnancy and birth.
